Shipping & Processing

At DAM Glam, every order is prepared with precision and care. Please review our policies below before completing your purchase. 

Processing & Fulfillment 

• Orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and major holidays). 

• All orders are processed as quickly as possible — we guarantee fulfillment within 4 business days

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking  information

Tip: If you don’t see your confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that your contact information is correct.

Before You Checkout 

Please double-check your order before submitting. 

• We are not responsible for updating incorrect shipping addresses or product changes after checkout. 

• Discount codes or add-ons cannot be applied once your order has been placed. 

Refunds & Cancellations 

All sales are final. 

• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, in transit, or delivered. • Because each order is processed promptly, we cannot make exceptions.

Shipping & Tracking 

• You will receive a tracking number once USPS has received your package. • Once orders leave our facility, DAM Glam is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen  packages. 

• Customers are responsible for any costs incurred from incorrect addresses or returned  packages due to failed delivery attempts. 

• If your package shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to open a case and initiate an investigation. 

• Some larger orders may arrive in multiple boxes
